APPLICATION
With DC± and AC, allowing operation with low open-circuit arc voltage, is designed for welding of light structural steels and surface of heavy steel structures.
CHARICTERISTICS
The welding rod(electrode) is mild steel core wire rod with high titanium potassium type of coating. Allowing AC & DCEP/DCEN, all position welding exctept vertical down progression.
Easy re-sticking, low fume, low spatter, easy slag detachable. Smooth bead surface with a fine ripple. Radio-graphic of the weld metal generally meets grade 2, but welds with the smaller diameter the welding rod(electrode) often meet the Grade 1 in the soundness test.
