Series resonant module design with 12 and 24 pulse rectifier to reduce the harmonic interference.
The rectifier circuit is always in full conduction state to achieve constant power operation.
Power factor is much improved up to 0.95 and higher.

In series resonant system, we can make one power supply to serve at least 2 or more sets of furnaces, while the main power is shared by those furnaces interchangeably. We can set each furnace in melting or in temperature holding freely.

Inverter thyristor adopts KF asymmetric thyristor, because of the different structure of the PN junction inside the thyristor, the positive and negative voltage withstand values of the thyristor are also different, and the reverse PN junction is therefore lower in heat, so compared with the previous KK thyristor loss, higher temperature resistance characteristics, and longer life. However, because of the PN structure, KF thyristors can only be used in series inverter equipment.
