SJ301 agglomerated welding Flux
Standard:GB/5293-1999 F4AO-H08A F5AO-H10Mn2
EQUIV:AWS A5.17 F6A0-EL12 F7A0-EM12K
Description:
SJ301 is a kind of silicon-calcium sintered flux, mesh 10-40(dia.1.7-0.38mm) and the basicity is 1.0-1.1. Either alternate or direct current is used, while the welding wires must be connected with the positive electrode when direct current is used.Produced with excellent technology, the flux has the properties of fine slag detachability and fine welding bead appearance.
Usage:
The flux is fit for the submerged arc welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel, as well as the fast single-way and double-surface welding of thin steel sheet. And it is usually used for the sumberged arc welding of liquefied gas storage tanks, gas bottles, and pipeline steel.
Package:
25kg per kraft paper bag
1000kg per jumbo bag
Cautions:
1.The welding flux must be baked for 2hours at the temperature of 300-350ºC before build up welding
2.Some foreign substances such as rust , grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before wedling.
