The equipment is a single-phase half-bridge inverter system composed of IGBT module and some auxiliary components. The main control system, drive system and inverter trigger system are composed of PLC intelligent and digital large-scale integrated circuit.

- The 0.3mm oriented silicon steel sheet is used to reduce the loss of the magnetic yoke and save power consumption. The induction ring has been simulated and tested for many times, and the equipment configuration is more reasonable. The anaerobic copper tube with a wall thickness of 8mm has low impedance of the induction ring and low loss, which is an important energy-saving measure.
- The induction ring adopts porcelain insulation treatment, and the coil protection cement is poured inside and outside, which further improves the insulation of the coil and reduces the failure of the coil ignition caused by humid working condition.
- The oil cylinder is installed with an anti-pipe burst valve. Once the oil pipe bursts, the oil cylinder is in a locked state or slowly falling to prevent malignant accidents. The hydraulic station adopts fireproof glycol based grease to prevent fire accident.
